Refund and Cancellation Policy for E-Learning App
1. General Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are managed for users of our e-learning app.
By using our services, you agree to this policy. We encourage users to carefully read and understand the terms before making any purchase.
2. Refund Policy
Once purchased it is not refundable until and unless it has some conditions as below
*The course content is found to be defective or inaccessible due to technical issues caused by our platform and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
*Duplicate charges for the same course or subscription were made in error.
2.1 Process for Requesting a Refund
Users must submit a refund request through the app’s support center or by emailing contact@lmptech.in
The request must include the order ID, reason for the refund, and relevant supporting evidence.
Refund request will be credited back to original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Course Cancellation
Once purchased, individual courses cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in Section 2.
4. Special Circumstances
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as major technical outages or platform discontinuation, we will issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.
Such cases will be reviewed by our support team to ensure fairness and transparency.
